How to control “worry” or “anxiety”

Ask yourself these questions and answers will help you stop worrying 

1.Is the Worry or Anxiety about a real problem in the here-and-now or a problem in the past or future? Answer it is not a problem in the here-and-now it is from my past or future. Since there  is nothing you can do  about  make yourself move on.  

2. Answer instead the Worry or Anxiety is about a real life problem in the here and now.   

4.Then If it is a real problem in the here-and-now is it one that you can fix or solve? If yes. Then start working on the solution that way there is no reason to worry about  it. Keep working solving the problem. 

5. If there is no solution to the problem and there is nothing that you can do about it there is no reason to be anxious. Move on to something that you  can do something about.
